Say It Out Loud

You got a problem with me, you say it out loud to my face. You got a problem with what I'm doing, call me and tell me your concerns. Don't go around sneaking and gossiping and excluding when all you have to do is tell me. Am I irrational? Am I going to throw a hissy fit? Do I smite people based on what they tell me? No. Assertiveness gets you respect. What you are doing makes you fun but not someone to build a relationship with. Don't be passive aggressive. Stop being a coward and be an adult. Don't pretend to be cool with me, then stab my back.
