It seems if I do choose to go to culinary school that I will have support. One of the biggest fears I had about it was not having support. And not getting anything out of it. But I figure, if I can already make better cake than 85C, I just have to work on marketing, right? And a patron. And a manager/legal person because we all know my scatter-brained, tunnel vision tendencies.
Will this dream become a reality?
Will I decide to pursue a more traditional path?
