Damn Sinuses

I've tried zinc lozenges, onion and raw honey, onion lemon and raw honey, saline sprays, apple cider vinegar tonics, and now I've just tried a neti pot. Nothing is working. The cold is progressing with hateful speed and it wants nothing more than to make me cough for a month. AAAAAHHHHHH I don't know what else I can try!!!
