milk+honey

I'm starting to get the hype about milk+honey... they have pretty yummy teas, their shaved ice is pretty good cuz it's been pumped with sweetened milk and the frozen yogurt is better than most.

But the honey... oh, the honey. It's not clover honey, for sure. And it's not quite all honey... something, maybe agave or water, has been added to it for increased viscosity. I tried my honey at home with it, and it's definitely more liquidy. Apparently the honey is longan honey; it's very floral, lightly sweet. Experiment!

I got lucky, getting a flat tire in broad daylight in a plaza with a lot of people. Imagine if it were in a woody area at night... *shivers*
